THE DETAILS
We consider cars, 4WDs, SUVs, utes, vans, trucks and light commercial vehicles. Make, model and age are not barriers to asking for a quote.
Used, unwanted, accident-damaged, broken-down and scrap vehicles are all welcome. Vehicles without a current WOF or registration can also be considered, subject to ownership and legal requirements.
If you accept the offer, we arrange free collection from your location. There is no need to tow or drive your vehicle to us.
HOW IT WORKS
Selling to us is a single conversation rather than weeks of listings. You send a few details, we come back with an offer, and if you are happy we collect the vehicle and pay you. There is no obligation at any stage before you sign.
WHAT AFFECTS VALUE
Every offer is based on the individual vehicle. These are the main things we look at.
| Factor | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Make, model and year | Some vehicles have strong demand for parts or resale, others less so. |
| Condition | Body damage, missing parts and mechanical faults all change what can be reused. |
| Running or not | A vehicle that starts and drives usually has more options than one that does not. |
| Vehicle type and size | Utes, vans, 4WDs and trucks differ in weight, parts value and demand. |
| Completeness | Engines, gearboxes, catalytic converters and wheels all contribute to value. |
| Pickup location and access | Helps us plan collection; we tell you upfront if anything affects the offer. |
WHAT WE BUY
We consider cars, hatchbacks, sedans, wagons, SUVs, 4WDs, utes, vans, trucks and light commercial vehicles. Age and make are not reasons to stop you asking.
Damaged vehicles are fine — dents, smashed panels, flood or accident damage. Non-running vehicles are fine too: a flat battery, a dead engine, a failed gearbox or a car that has not moved in years. Tell us what is wrong and we will plan the pickup around it.
BEFORE YOU ASK
The more we know, the closer the first offer will be to the final price.
Know what you have? Get your offer.
It takes about a minute to send the details.
COLLECTION AND PAYMENT
Once you accept, we agree a time that suits you and our truck comes to the pickup address. On the day we check the vehicle matches what you described, confirm ownership and complete the paperwork.
Choose cash on arrival or a bank transfer, whichever suits you. If the vehicle is very different from the description, we will explain why before any change to the price.
You will need to show you own the vehicle or have the authority to sell it, usually with photo ID. Vehicles under finance, reported stolen or with disputed ownership cannot be bought until that is resolved.
We can often give an offer from a description and photos. If something is unclear we will ask before committing to a figure.
Usually someone needs to be there to hand over keys, show ID and sign the paperwork. If that is difficult, talk to us when booking.
You can decline the offer at any point before the sale is completed. A quote is free and carries no obligation.
